Prerequisite: STAT400, BMGT231, BMGT230, or ENME392.Enhances the overall understanding of Six Sigma Strategy, Tools and Methods to positively influence the performance of a business process, a product or service. Highlights the application of Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC),Design For Six Sigma (DFSS), and the pursuit of Critical to Quality criteria (CTQ's) in a collaborative perspective, one that recognizes a balance between efficiency, and effectiveness and between statistical analysis and statistical thinking.Restricted to students with 72 credits.
