Principles of Animal Behavior

Prerequisite: BSCI160 and BSCI161; or BSCI106. And BSCI170 and BSCI171; or BSCI105. And BSCI222. Study of animal behavior with emphasis on its evolution and function. Topics include genetic basis of behavior, communication, aggression, foraging, cooperation, mate selection, and relevance for conservation. (Sponsoring Dept: BIOL). Acceptable toward Biological Sciences specialization areas: ECEV, GENB, and PHNB.
