Valuation in Corporate Finance
Prerequisite: BUSI640. Restriction: Must be in Business and Management (Master's) program OR Permission of BMGT-Robert H. Smith School of Business. An advanced topics course in Corporate Finance dealing with valuation. Main topics will be, building pro forma statements, cost of capital, using ratios and comparables to value projects and firms, discounted cash flow valuations, WACC and APV methods of valuation and Real Option Valuations.
