Managing Supply Chains: Models & Analysis

Prerequisite: BUSM606 and BUSM624. Restriction: Must be in Business and Management (Master's) program OR Permission of BMGT-Robert H. Smith School of Business. Focuses on the strategic aspects of operations and supply chain management. Uses a framework for developing an operations strategy, and identify and analyze the key operations decisions which can have a major impact on a company's competitive position.
