ENMA415
Materials and Processes For Environmentally Sustainable Engineering Practices
There is a rapidly increasing interest amongst students to learn about current and developing engineering solutions to the environmental crises facing our planet. A great number of these revolve around materials - both their selection and lifecycle and processing methods used on them. Carbon sequestration, sustainable energy generation, transmission and storage, lightweight energy efficient structures and energy conservation are but a few topics amongst many that rely fundamentally on new materials and applications technologies.
