Government and Politics of Africa

Prerequisite: GVPT282 or GVPT280. Restriction: Must be in one of the following programs (Government & Politics; Government & Politics: International Relations). A comparative study of the governmental systems and political processes of the African countries, with special emphasis on the problems of nation-building in emergent countries. This is a Global Classrooms course, developed in partnership with the Office of International Affairs (OIA) to provide virtual opportunities for global engagement.
