HLTH289A
Topical Investigations; Achieving Wellbeing
We talk a lot about wellness these days, prioritizing oneself, reducing stress, and becoming the best version of ourselves, but how do we actually do that? Achieving Wellness leads students through a clear, evidence-based program meant to establish and improve overall wellbeing. Students will identify the areas where they have strong habits which contribute to their health and areas where they can make concrete changes to improve their health long term and prevent, to the degree possible, diagnosable mental health concerns.
