Restriction: Must be in a major in AGNR-College of Agriculture & Natural Resources; or permission of AGNR-Institute of Applied Agriculture department. Additional information: May not count toward any BMGT major or minor requirement. The course introduces students to the study and application of the basic principles of human relations and personnel management. A variety of approaches to recruiting, training, delegating, motivating, and appraising employees are among the topics discussed.
