Special Topics in Jewish Studies; The Jewish Image on Screen (Film/TV/Web)

The different ways that the Jewish image has been represented in cinema over time, including film, television, and the Internet will be explored. Representations will include secular and religious communities; Orthodox and Haredi Jews; LGBTQ and Jews of Color; intergenerational conflict; various countries of origin (especially Israel and the US); and more.
