MEES687

Next Generation Sequence and Analysis

This course will provide a general background to sequence analysis and then move through a series of student-directed tutorials, mostly on the command line, working with datasets for the final thesis. Students who do not have data will be provided with comparable sequence files to gain fluency. The goal is to provide students with hands-on experience with Next-Generation sequence datasets and tailor the instruction to further enhance research.
