Selected Topics in Law and Society; Special Topics in Global Environmental Law
This course explores how legal systems throughout the world are responding to environmental problems, including climate change, air pollution, water supply, and waste disposal, and the legal and political factors that shape regulatory policies. It examines the roles played by government agencies, the judiciary, and citizen groups in the development, implementation and enforcement of environmental law.
