Covid19 and the Law

Prerequisite: NA. Corequisite: NA. Restriction: None. This course will introduce students to several important legal issues raised by COVID-19. Issues related to federalism, stay in place, quarantines, and wearing masks, mitigation, opening and closing markets, all gel into interdisciplinary concerns about public health, national security and civil liberties.
