Business Finance

Prerequisite: BMGT220; and (BMGT231 or BMGT230). Topics include: the principles and practices involved in the organization, financing and rehabilitation of business enterprises; the various types of securities and their use in raising funds, apportioning income, risk and control; intercorporate relations; and new developments. Emphasis on solution of problems of financial policy faced by management. Restricted to students in the Smith School's Sophomore Finance Fellows Program.
