Supply Chain Risk Management

Since supply chain risk is increasingly more recognized as an organizational threat, and therefore a critical part of corporate strategy; this course examines a wide range of supply chain risk and develops a process to identify, assess, and prioritize this risk. Through a series of readings and case studies, the course focuses on factors that contribute to supply chain risk within the firm as well as the supply chain. Strategies to mitigate risk are explored. Course restricted to Supply Chain Management majors.
