Current techniques for assessment of immune status and evaluation of the immune response, including monoclonal antibody production, Western blotting, cytokine assays, ELISA and flow cytometry. (Sponsoring Dept.: CBMG). Acceptable toward Biological Sciences Specialization Areas:PHNB, MICB, CEBG and GENB. Students must pay a $40.00 laboratory materials fee.
