Smith School of Business. Credit only granted for: BUFN630, BUFN714, BUFN750, BUFN753, or BMGT730. Formerly: BUFN750. An advanced topics course in Corporate Finance dealing with valuation. Main topics will be, building pro forma statements, cost of capital, using ratios and comparables to value projects and firms, dicounted cash flow valuations, WACC and APV methods of valuation and Real Option Valuations.
