ENAE665

Advanced Airbreathing Propulsion

Prerequisite: ENAE674 and ENAE455; or students who have taken courses with comparable content may contact the department. Restriction: Permission of instructor. Advanced treatment of airbreathing propulsion technologies, propulsion system analysis, and engine/airframe integration. Topics will vary, but may include novel engine cycles, advanced gas turbine systems, pulsed systems, and high-speed engines, including scramjets and combined cycle systems. Cross-listed with ENAE488B. Credit only granted for ENAE665 or ENAE488B.
