Adaptive Control

Prerequisite: ENEE660 and ENEE664; or students who have taken courses with comparable content may contact the department. General principles of adaptive control. Self-tuning regulators and model reference adaptive systems. Theoretical issues: stability, convergence, and robustness. Practical issues: implementation, computation, auto-tuning, and other successful application. Alternatives to adaptive control.
