Special Topics in German Studies; German Grill Culture

Introduces students to the grilling practices and traditions of the German-speaking world. Course blends literary and cultural readings withcookouts. No previous knowledge of grilling required. Priority enrollment given to German majors, minors, and students enrolled in another German Studies course at any level. Taught in English. Meets bi-weekly startingon 9/8.
