Introduction to Constitutional Law

Prerequisite: GVPT170 and GVPT331. Restriction: Must be in one of the following programs (Government & Politics; Government & Politics: International Relations) ; and junior standing or higher. A systematic inquiry into the general principles of the American constitutional system, with special reference to the role of the judiciary in the interpretation and enforcement of the federal constitution.
