Prerequisite: GVPT431 or GVPT432. Restriction: Must be in Government & Politics program or Government & Politics: International Relations program. Credit only granted for GVPT439C or MLAW358C. This course will focus on the role of the Supreme Court in interpreting and applying the Constitution.
