HESP731
Seminar in Clinical Supervision
Prerequisite: In at least the third year in AuD program. Supervising students and employees can be a daunting task. Fostering the next generation of doctors of audiology and support staff requires a unique set of knowledge and skills. This course is designed to explore the theoretical concepts in the supervisory paradigm as well as real-world scenarios. Supervision is not a "one-size fits-all" process, therefore the intricacies and strategies of the supervisor-supervisee relationship must be carefully considered.
