| Lacey Curry HESP311 Expecting an A admin 05/07/2025 | This is a very heavy course-material class. Professor Curry's attitude is the most positive thing you will ever see. Professor Curry helps students understand the material (because it is a LOT). Remember Active Recall -- something that she is very enthusiastic about (it helps so much). If you study, ask questions, and participate --- you will pass the class. Professor Curry has encouraged my interest in HESP even more. She is also amazing on feedback and encourages all her students and TA's to do well. I love professors like Lacey Curry! |
| Lacey Curry HESP311 Expecting an A+ admin 05/18/2024 | This course was very content heavy, but the professor made it very manageable. Her lecture slides are well prepared and easy to understand, and all of the diagrams and external content she provides was extremely helpful. Towards the end of the semester, it can be difficult to keep up during lecture because she does go through the slides very fast. There were only a few assignments, and the ones that we did have directly related to exam content and were very helpful. With exams, she usually gets rid of all of the questions that most of the class got wrong and provides extra credit. All this being said, it is still a difficult class that requires lots of time and studying. |
