Public Health Communication
Restriction: Non-SPH students must obtain permission from the instructor prior to registering. Credit only granted for: HLTH670 or HLTH671 and HLTH672. Formerly: HLTH670. An exploration of the the broad and diverse field of health communication including medical encounters, everyday communication about health, advertising, news, public health campaigns, community outreach, public policy, and international programs. Theories and applied efforts that have been studied and documented will be examined.
