Principles & Application of Exercise Rehabilitation

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C- in BSCI201 and BSCI202; and 1 course with a minimum grade of C- from (KNES300, KNES350, KNES360, KNES370, KNES385). Restriction: Must be in a major within the SPHL-Kinesiology department; and must have earned a minimum of 75 credits. Credit only granted for: KNES498T or KNES305. Formerly: KNES498T. In-depth analysis of the basic principles of rehabilitation and exercise programming for common injuries encountered in a clinical setting. Basic assessment techniques, ranges of motion, muscular anatomy, rehabilitative protocols, and exercise modalities are a major focus.
