Survey of Industrial and Organizational Psychology

Prerequisite: PSYC100. A general survey of the field of industrial organizational psychology including such topics as organizational entry (recruitment, selection, training, socialization); organizational psychology (motivation, leadership, job attitudes); productivity in the workplace (performance appraisal, absenteeism, turnover), and the role that the larger environment plays in influencing work behaviors and work attitudes. Restricted to PSYC (major code 20010/2001S) students only.
