Prerequisite: PSYC361 and PSYC200. An examination of issues and processes involved in the design and evaluation of personnel selection and training programs in a variety of organizational settings: job, person and organizational analysis; organizational choice; development of predictors; evaluation of instructional and training systems; criteria for performance evaluation, promotion and training.
