Expecting an A+

05/31/2023		The course is pretty simple, involving Dr. Agonafer using slides to explain the situation in thermal management of electronics, cooling methods, etc., with weekly lab sessions on Ansys IcePak. The course load is light; there are weekly assignments where we have to summarize some research articles and a final project that involves modeling our heat sink that can be useful in practical applications. He also invites scientists and researchers from the industry/other universities to speak on their projects so that we get an idea of the recent advancement in such technology.
