| Huanchen Bao MATH141H Expecting a C Anonymous 11/02/2020 This review was submitted while most classes were online during the COVID-19 pandemic. It may not be indicative of a regular semester. | I would not recommend taking the honors version of math141 if you can avoid it. Dr. Bao was a brand new professor when I took him for math141H, and so I give him credit for trying to adjust to his new teaching role. However, he was not very good at explaining and his exams were really tough. Half way through the semester he stopped giving students partial credit on their work and that was my downfall. He curved really generously though because I should've failed his class and instead ended with a C. He's a really nice guy and I could tell he was trying, but overall would not want to have him again. |
