12/17/2024		Erica was a great instructor for this class. I loved the activities and engagement, and she prepared us for the upcoming Idea classes. I was not experiencing hardships in my IDEA class so I felt like the class was a bit redundant at times and since it was on Fridays I dreaded going because it was later in the day and my only class. I would be a peer mentor in class again and would definitely take this again if offered a position.

12/03/2023		Very sweet and understanding. This course is mostly communication and mentoring techniques. May be a little awkward sometimes, but she tries her best to make everything fun :)

12/07/2020 This review was submitted while most classes were online during the COVID-19 pandemic. It may not be indicative of a regular semester.		By far the best professor I have had so far in college! Her number one priority is our well being. She asks us how we are doing every single class. IDEA101 may seem like a useless class but Erica makes the class engaging and fun. All assignments in the class are to beneficial to yourself!
