Easily one of the best professors I've ever had. Goes on plenty of tangents like the other reviewer said, but they're all relevant and you leave each class feeling like you learned a lot and have accomplished something. You will feel more educated and will appreciate what you learn in Falk's class. His anecdotes and whatnot are invaluable and I'd recommend his class to anyone with an interest in our legal system (however remote), even to those not even considering law school. He is a very fair grader.

Great teacher who while sometimes can go on sort of a tangent, will always engage the class and leave you feeling that you are becoming a more educated student. If you have any interest at all in pursuing a legal profession take a class with him as he is a teacher in the school of public policy and has outstanding experience as a lawyer after graduating from Harvard Law. Not the easiest grader but he is very reasonable and is a great guy.
