09/13/2025		Prof. Fetter is a fantastic lecturer who clearly communicates the material he is teaching in an engaging manner. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field and adds many interesting stories and personal anecdotes to his lectures from his experience as an arms control negotiator and his other public service roles. He is also a very nice and friendly guy. Amazing professor.

12/10/2024		Very nice professor who is also very knowledgeable about the material he is teaching and cares that the students get something out of his course. Dr. Fetter has some very interesting experience in nuclear weapons policy and diplomacy and it is a pleasure to hear about his experiences.
