| Ryan Guttridge BMGT343 Expecting an A- Anonymous 11/09/2021 | I really enjoyed Professor Guttridge's classes. He is an experienced asset manager and you can tell he brings a real-world perspective to his lecture topics. The only negative I can think of is that his lectures don't have much interaction and engagement, but other than that the group projects were extremely relevant to a job in investment banking or asset management. Homework isn't crazy hard. Definitely utilize the TA office hours. Tests are pretty straightforward if you study the questions he gives you. |
| Ryan Guttridge BMGT343 Expecting a B+ Anonymous 12/18/2020 This review was submitted while most classes were online during the COVID-19 pandemic. It may not be indicative of a regular semester. | Bad professor. Half of what he talks about during lecture is irrelevant to the course curriculum and your homework and your exams. Difficult to do homeworks well without Chegg. If you get in a bad group for any one of the three randomly assigned group projects where nobody besides you does work then good luck because he won't help at all. |
