| Aron Hirsch LING260 Expecting an A- Anonymous 12/22/2025 | Oh my goodness, this class is INCREDIBLY BORING. All the lessons were SO repetitive, and I just feel like the professors overcomplicated such an easy topic. They were both very kind and open to helping everyone; however, the class itself was just so boring. Your whole grade is based on the 10 homeworks, the midterm, and the final. The questions on everything were so open-ended that the grading really confused me. |
| Aron Hirsch LING200 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 12/26/2024 | I loved having Aron as a professor! You can tell that he loves what he’s teaching from just how excited he is during every lecture. He introduces new concepts super well and always relates more complex ideas to things you already know. The course was also really easy (straightforward homework assignments, super easy exams) while still being really interesting. He really does want all his students to learn and succeed, and it shows :) |
| Aron Hirsch LING312 Expecting an A+ admin 06/08/2024 | Couldn't recommend more. Classes have good balance between lecture and small group work, and he goes around and makes sure students are understanding and responds to questions they have. Clearly loves the subject too. |
