| Jianlong Liu MATH141 Expecting an A Anonymous 05/16/2022 | I can understand why a lot of people disliked having Jianlong as a TA. If you don't go to him and ask him for help, he didn't really help you with the seemingly impossible worksheets that we were given in Calc 2. In addition to that, my lecturer, Todd Rowland, although a very nice guy, was horrible at lecturing, which made the worksheets even harder. Over time though, I realized that if I kept going up to him and asking for help, he did explain to me how to solve it, but he wanted us to try and think about it first, which for me personally, I found it very effective. I ended up learning a lot more in discussion than I did in lecture, which is why I appreciated Jianlong as a TA a lot more than others. |
