| Sean Maulhardt PSYC417 Expecting an A+ Anonymous 10/30/2024 | Extremely kind, caring, and patient professor. Very knowledgable in R, especially with context to psychology/neuroscience. Always very willing to clarify, provide help, and answer questions especially because he understands that R may not be the easiest thing for everyone. Slides are helpful and clear, and always posted for the class to follow along. He stays after class to help students with assignments and answers emails at a very reasonable time outside of class/office hours. Grading is lenient and reasonable. Class itself is fairly challenging if behind and if you do not have a background in coding in general. Each class has a lab assignment that usually takes the entire rest of class, and sometimes even takes time after class. Class is structured as lecture then a lab assignment. Only issue is that he talks really fast sometimes. |
