He can be a bit dry at times and his teaching style relies a lot on the board but he can be funny and interesting. I had a terrible semester and he still gave me a B- after I failed two exams. |

There is absolutely no reason to get anything but an A in this class, and I'm a B student. The class schedule is a little confusing at first, but you'll get use to it after awhile. I learned a lot about decision making and corporate social responsibility. All business majors should take this class! |

He is extremely boring and tends to go over minor details like definitions of terms. I learn more from the cases than his lectures or discussions. His syllabus is 20 pages long and is confusing! |

Midterms are really easy, completely based on the book and also the practice exam. Textbook is easy to read/follow. Doesn't matter if you attend lecture or not. |
