It was not manually verified and may not follow our review standards. | She is a tough cookie. This class was very interesting but it was a ton of work. Lots of readings that were essential to passing the quizzes (twice a week) and papers that were graded so unfairly it was ridiculous. However, she is a very nice woman who made every effort to allow her students the chance to get an A. It just took a ton of work, which I didn't expect. |

| Zita Nunes AASP298L Expecting a B Anonymous 12/11/2008 This review was automatically imported from OurUMD. It was not manually verified and may not follow our review standards. | Interesting class, and the professor is extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. The quizzes are easy if you do the reading, but there is A LOT of reading. Two papers are assigned throughout the semester, and the grading is pretty tough. Quizzes are given in the first 5 minutes, so you cannot be late, and if you are you get a zero. She drops the two lowest quiz grades. |

It was not manually verified and may not follow our review standards. | Very interesting lectures. 2 quizzes a week, one in lecture and one in discussion. A LOT of reading and you must read to do well on quizzes. Papers are graded toughly but tests are just old quiz questions. overall good class |
