04/23/2012 This review was automatically imported from OurUMD. It was not manually verified and may not follow our review standards.		DR. PAYNE IS A PHENOMENAL TEACHER. First he manages to keep everyone awake in a class that has the potential to bore you to death. He is also a fountain of knowledge; he can answer most all of the questions you could think of during class. The best part is his focus on the practical understanding of Thermodynamics. Rather than just shove a bunch of equations down your throat, he actually take the time to make sure you LEARN SOMETHING. In short, great professor, take BIOE232 with him if you get the chance!
