12/17/2024		Dr. Pierce is an excellent instructor. He taught BSCI411 alongside Dr. Hall, primarily focusing on Bioinformatics related to proteins. He has a relaxed teaching style that made the subject enjoyable and engaging. His lectures were concise yet very informative. Overall, he contributed to making BSCI411 a fun experience, and I highly recommend taking this course with him.

05/08/2024		Dr. Pierce is awesome. He is super knowledgeable and kind. His grad course is perfect in instruction and delivery. Classes spend the first half going through slides and the second half doing an activity related to the days topic. The activities are great in improving skills related to computational structural biology. Probably my favorite course at UMD. Highly recommend any Dr. Pierce course!
