Sandra Quinn is a rude, pretentious advisor who is extremely unwelcoming to new KNES students and I would not recommend her as an advisor under any circumstances. I was excited to finally be part of the department, however her rash words may have discouraged me from respecting KNES professors and advisors alike seeing as how this is my first impression of them. New students should not be treated like I was treated. It's a disgrace that the department even has faculty with demeanors like hers.
