| Eugene Robinson ENGL329Y Expecting a P Anonymous 05/02/2020 This review was submitted while most classes were online during the COVID-19 pandemic. It may not be indicative of a regular semester. | Easy, fun class. There is a research paper now though. |
| Eugene Robinson ENGL329C Expecting an A Anonymous 12/09/2015 This review was automatically imported from OurUMD. It was not manually verified and may not follow our review standards. | Dr. Robinson is smartest and wittiest teacher I have encountered in my college career. His classes are what you make of them, but you will totally be liberated by the stuff he shows you. He's going to blow your mind with film, I swear I'll never watch a film in the same way again. Keep your syllabus, he's so laid back you forget about deadlines. He loves the socratic method. |
| Eugene Robinson ENGL379V Expecting a B Anonymous 12/23/2010 This review was automatically imported from OurUMD. It was not manually verified and may not follow our review standards. | Pretty easy class. You don't do much until later in the semester. It includes a 12 page research paper, a journal documenting your research (make sure its really extensive), an oral presentation, a written final, and another extensive outline of your presentation. Not easy for an A, but very easy for a B. Overall, he is a decent professor. |
