Many students, including myself, weren't really familiar with art at all, so we would sometimes make the most ignorant comments about art in class. But she was nice enough to take it seriously and go along with it. Honestly, the workload is pretty heavy, in terms of reading and writing. But considering that her class is held once a week and that she's an extremely lenient grader, it is honestly not bad at all. She attempts her best to make her class engaging and fun. Her class did not only consist of discussion and lectures, but we also got to paint and build things occasionally. We also had a class field trip to an art museum in DC, which was very eye-opening as well. So, in conclusion, her class was awesome and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. |
