Animal Enterprise Management

Prerequisite: ANSC101 and ANSC103; or permission of instructor. Credit only granted for: ANSC270 or AREC306. General principles of enterprise organization, management, and operation as applicable to food, livestock, and companion animals. Enterprise planning and establishment, management of financial, human, and animal resources, and other related topics will be investigated.
