Seminar in Israel Studies; 1967 and its Aftermath: How they Changed Israel and the Mideast

The Six Day/June War of 1967 helped set into motion a series of events that reverberate today. This seminar will examine the results of the war, focusing primarily on the Israeli Occupation of the West Bank, the ensuing radical transformation of Israeli policy towards Palestinians, and its impact on their daily lives. It will also examine Palestinian resistance to the Occupation, including the use of terror against civilians.
