Advanced Special Topics in Psychology; The Psychology of Terrorism

Prerequisite: PSYC300. This seminar will cover classic and contemporary approaches to the psychology of terrorism. We will discuss theories of radicalization and deradicalization, as well as empirical data on the motivational, cultural and social aspects of becoming a violent extremist.
