Open Seminar; Spanish Civil War Chasms

This seminar will attempt to evaluate an ample variety of texts dealing with the Spanish Civil War cataclysm and its aftermath. Analysis and critique on diverse reflections and representations of the causes, variations, and readings of the conflict through multiple formats (literature, film, essay, photography, comic books, etc). Focuses on the uses and abuses of memory as a cultural and differing tool. Taught in Spanish.
